Raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania — a city rich in industrial heritage that spent decades demolishing its own history, with too few willing to protect it — Rossi arrived in Boston with an artisan's hands, a marketer's instinct, an architect's eye, and a civic passion that never quieted.
$486 million in capital projects. 70%+ in historic settings. National Park Service. General Services Administration. United States Forest Service. From Boston to Seattle to the Navajo Nation. Principal and Vice President of Strategic Planning at a Top-50 U.S. architecture and engineering firm. Federal security clearances. CMR and CMA roles where the margin for error was zero and the consequences costly and permanent.
Before founding PMN in 2015, Rossi was deploying to remote National Monument sites for months at a time — establishing base camps, managing materials, tools, and equipment, supervising restoration crews, and teaching hands-on preservation trades as accredited field education to Veterans, students, and conservation volunteers. Work crews sleeping under the stars. Well beyond cell phone range.
That is not a résumé line. That is PMN's mission — built in the field, the boardroom, and the atelier of architecture school, refined over decades, before the platform had a name and before social media channels existed.
